Incorporated in 2014, Oasis Renewables and Water Treatment Ltd (ORAWT) is one of the most admired wastewater treatment companies in India. We design, manufacture and provide the most advanced, compact, automated and mobile sewage treatment plants, which are the need of this hour. Our plants treat and help recycle more than 95% of sewage water; thereby reducing the requirement of rapidly exhausting ground water/ fresh water.
ORAWT as a company was conceived by three different people from different walks of life.

ORAWT as a company was conceived by three different people from different walks of life. GirishChapla, an experienced wastewater management professional and Managing Director at Oasis EPC Solutions; Ami Shah a Microbiologist, certified PMP and an alumnus from IIM Bangalore and AshwinVachhani an expert at fabrication and mechanical instrumentation. It was just the right blend of skills required to start a venture like ours which needs skills for design and engineering, market development and manufacturing. A brief bios of the Directors below.
Girish Chapla Co-founder and Director at ORAWT
Girish is also the Managing Director at Oasis EPC Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (www.oasis-group.in) one of the fast growing engineering, procurement, construction and maintenance services companies.
Girish as an entrepreneur, started Oasis Group in 2007 brings on board his experience of around 20 years of industry experience of which around 17 years he worked in the EPC industry and has worked with various large EPCC and EPCM organization in India as well as a US based consultancy company and so on at the beginning of his career. From then on, he moved to establish Oasis Group. Over years, he had led the company’s business activities in the upstream, downstream, pipeline, onshore, gas transmission, chemicals, integrated petrochemical and petroleum refining industries.

Ami Shah Co-founder and Director at ORAWT
Ami, an accomplished professional with around 20 years of professional experience. She brings on board a rich and broad-spectrum experience of working in wastewater treatment and about 13 years of experience of working with Global CRO.
Her professional journey into water and wastewater management began back in 1998 working for one of the largest common effluent treatment (CETP) facility in India. After a short stint of a couple years she moved on to work into clinical research domain where she emerged as a strong operations leader. Her global exposure and experience of project management, leading teams at global/regional level with a strategic bend of mind is an asset.
Ami, a mother, an avid birder and amateur photographer is a Post Graduate in Environmental Microbiology, a certified PMP (from PMI) and an alumnus from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, India.
Ashwini Vachhani Co-founder and Director at ORAWT
Ashwin has a vast experience of more than 2 decades in construction and engineering sector. A Science Graduate, whose passion lies in mechanical and automobile instruments. An expert in auto manufacture and fabrication, his knowledge in Oil & Gas pipeline construction and wastewater treatment field is remarkable. A calm person who believes in “work is worship” and is a problem solver with great perseverance.
